Humanity is a performance multiplier.
Human qualities such as trustworthiness, compassion, humility, and the willingness to act for others are not soft alternatives to performance; they are prerequisites for sustainable prosperity.
Champions makes this practical, repeatable and scalable for modern organisations and communities.

The world changes when people change how they treat each other. The capacity to act for the good of others exists within everyone — but it must be activated, strengthened and practised.
When people make that choice together, something meaningful emerges, changing the conditions in which everyone lives and works.

Many of today’s greatest challenges are not simply technical problems — they are human problems.
Burnout, prejudice, disengagement, poor relationships, loss of trust and fractured communities all point to the same underlying issue: people need human skills, even more so with the dawn of AI.
The ability to trust and be trustworthy are fundamental.

Our vision is to create a scalable movement that enables people to thrive.
Our mission (what we do) - we transform how people think, relate and act through humanity-focused leadership, creating healthier, more prosperous and thriving organizations and communities.

The big idea behind Champions is simple: humanity is a performance multiplier.
In an AI-enabled world, trust, resilience, self-awareness and the capacity to act for others are not soft extras; they are the foundations of sustainable success.
Strengthened humanity is an effective antidote to burnout, division, prejudice, disengagement and broken trust – improving wellbeing and performance.

Champions was formed in early 2025 and is led by Glen Ford and Steve Kelly.
This followed Glen's two decades of volunteer leadership in Rwanda, working alongside the Kigali Genocide Memorial, its peace education programs, and previously in the UK on Holocaust education and in industry. It also builds on Steve's 20 years of leadership in UK retail, forming his own people development company in 2019.
The current legal structure is a private limited company registered in the UK, Glen A Ford Ltd, registration no. 11839127, which was established in February 2019 and is 100% owned by Glen.
Champions does not presently have non-profit status. The strategy is to work in collaboration with existing non-profits that align to Champions and by raising funds to support their work in partnership with Champions. Glen has a proven track record of working alongside non-profits, previously serving as a trustee for over 10 years.
